Getting Pet Food & Supplies

Home Delivery

Free delivery on all orders during the state mandated lockdown
No need to be home, just make sure you provide us with a secure drop-off location.
We aim to deliver in 24 hours or less but cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.
We expanded our delivery radius to 6 miles. If you're just outside our delivery area, please call us at (630) 470-9739, and we'd be happy to make arrangements for delivery if we are able.

Curbside Pickup

If placed during store hours, your order should be ready for pickup in 1-hour or less. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.
Call us at (630) 470-9739 when you arrive to pick up your order.

No Returns Accepted

For the safety of our staff, we cannot accept returns at this time.

Cleanliness & Sanitation

We are following CDC guidelines and making extra efforts to clean and sanitize high-touch areas of our store. Each day we are designating a Sanitation Supervisor to disinfect these surfaces regularly. However, these extra precautions cannot entirely eliminate the risk. Therefore, if you or someone you are in close contact with is a senior or immunocompromised, please do not shop in our store at this time. Instead, please use one of the options above to get the pet food and supplies you need.
